- 2. If you know the answer, email the Poster and direct them to another
- group or tell them the answer directly.
- 3. Post the answer and direct the Poster to an alternative group for
- further discussion, and append a comment like: "You will not get
- much answers from this group on your topic. You're better off in the
- above listed group."
